讲座内容简介：

This lecture is a brief introduction to the U.S. Federal income taxes. It covers six topics of brief overview of (1) U.S. income tax framework on worldwide income; (2) the U.S. tax mechanism including tax rates, income and deductions, AGI of individual taxes, alternative minimum tax, and dividend received deduction as well as consolidated return for corporation taxes; (3)  the U.S. corporation types and taxes; (4) the requirements and standards for professionals in the field; (5) state taxes, and (6) local property taxes (real and personal property).

主讲人简介：

董为众，美籍华人，祖籍浙江宁波，美国加州金门大学商学院商学博士、美国俄勒冈州波特兰州立大学商学院税务法学硕士和研究生院心理学硕士。现为Sun Consulting Co. LLC执行合伙人，同时为美国税务执行长协会会员、美国联邦财政部注册税务师和美国注册会计师。

董博士曾在半导体、电信和银行业的跨国公司担任高级税务总监，先后在Coopers＆Lybrand（PwC）和加利福尼亚州旧金山SEGA of America任职，并担任高级职务。董博士在美国企业所得税、转让定价和APA（预约定价）谈判方面拥有近30年的经验。

董博士因其丰富的专业知识，被国内多所高校聘为客座教授，并常受邀在全球多个国家开展关于美国税收、金融机构税收和转让定价的演讲。他多次在国际知名刊物上发表文章，包括美国国际税务期刊、美国银行税务期刊、美国会计师税务期刊和美国律师税务期刊等。他的综合背景和丰富经验使他成为税务领域的权威专家。
