主讲人简介

Dr. Ross Rubenstein是美国乔治亚州立大学（GSU）公共管理与政策系的杰出教授，同时也是安德鲁·杨公共政策学院佐治亚政策实验室的研究员。Dr. Rubenstein曾在美国西拉丘斯大学（Syracuse University ）Maxwell公共管理学院任职。Dr.Rubenstein的多项研究得到了美国教育部、考夫曼基金会以及赛奇基金会等组织的资助。他曾在许多国家为政府部门进行公共财政和预算方面的培训，并担任格鲁吉亚教育改革研究委员会的工作人员。在2012年，Dr.Rubenstein被选为美国国家行政科学院的院士。

Ross Rubenstein is Professor and Dan E. Sweat Distinguished Chair in Educational and Community Policy in the Department of Public Management and Policy and a faculty fellow with the Georgia Policy Labs in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. He was previously Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs in the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where he served as Associate Dean and Chair of the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs from 2011-2015. Professor Rubenstein has received a number of awards for his research and teaching, and his work has been funded by organizations including the U.S. Department of Education, the Kauffman Foundation and the Russell Sage Foundation. He has conducted training programs in public finance and budgeting for government officials from numerous countries and served as a staff member on Georgia’s Education Reform Study Commission. In 2012, Professor Rubenstein was elected a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
